In recent years, society has become aware of the gender inequality in which we live in Latin America and the Caribbean, and different policies have been implemented to close the existing gaps. However, the pandemic has had a major impact on women, their employment and development.
The objective of this work is to quantify, contextualize, explain the impact on it and propose a framework for action to mitigate/prevent these socioeconomic behaviors. A firm commitment on the part of all the actors in the sector.
